  • March 2000 amendment allows for new single family detached housing type, replaces a 9 hole golf course with a lake and lake amenities and expands retail/commercial area to 3.61 ac. Also moves wastewater treatment facility and provides for discharge into the Bow River.
  • 2004 amendment allows for additional residential development for a total of 698 units, revises plan boundaries, outlines one new area for residential development, and lands for environmental reserve.
